Introducing the corporate & commercial team
Our team of corporate and commercial lawyers, Russell Eke/Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial, Ian Sherburn/Partner, Anna Clarke/Associate Solicitor, Virginia Moggridge/Associate Solicitor and Daniel Banton/Trainee Solicitor have significant experience of dealing with all aspects of corporate and commercial issues. Corporate matters include: company sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, MBO's, MBI's, refinancing, corporate finance and corporate re-organisations. Commercial matters include: commercial contracts, strategic alliances, intellectual property, insolvency advice, competition law, Consumer Credit Act and Data Protection Act issues.
The team act for multi national companies, national corporations and SMEs with transaction values up to £90 million. They can draw upon a wealth of knowledge and experience, having previously worked for top 10 London and regional law firms and provide cost effective solutions whether it be on complex corporate matters or on the day to day issues of running a business.

The commercial team operate two telephone legal helplines for Nisa members and for Cardsave members. Professional advice on a wide range of business law problems including commercial contracts, company, partnership, employment, property and personal advice is offered by the firm.
