Partner Stuart Welch leads the Commercial Property Department, His 7 strong team of lawyers advise on all types of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, inter company transfers and advice on a wide range of property issues including the sale and purchase of commercial property planning agreements, residential, commercial and industrial developments, options, leases and licenses.
His team includes Partners Martyn Chilvers and Rodger McKracken, and solicitor Caroline Horbury who work in Grimsby, and trainee solicitor, Leanne Cook, who are based in Lincoln and Partner Mike Adams and assistant solicitor Jennifer Groves, who both work at the firms Beverley office.
The commercial team operate two telephone legal helplines for Nisa members and for Cardsave members. Professional advice on a wide range of business law problems including commercial contracts, company, partnership, employment, property and personal advice is offered by the firm.
